PristineCarWash.com ships all order's in the continental United States via the US Postal Service - Ground Service which typically arrives to most destinations in 3 Days depending on product availability. If you require overnight delivery for any reason - please contact us and we will arrange shipment, however the shipping cost will be significantly higher. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product. Since we ship according to standards all shipping claims will be brought directly to USPS. All 32 fl oz. bottles are shipped with screw on caps with the sprayers included separately so the sprayers do not get damaged in transit and also to further prevent any possibility of leakage.

Our products ship out usually within one business day depending on stock and availability. If an order is placed early in a business day it usually ships out within 24 hrs. If your product takes longer then 2-3 business days to ship, we will contact you and let you know asap. This shipping time frame for bulk quantities is closer to 4 business days.

Shipments going out of the continental United States will most likely be shipped via USPS Parcel Post Air. These products will also be packed according USPS shipping standards as well insured for the value of the product. All shipping claims on these products also be brought directly to the USPS.

As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the shipping tracking number. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet or the phone with UPS. 

We try to keep shipping costs down to a minimum and our rates are structured in a way where we pay a portion of the shipping on every order.  On larger quantity orders we pay up to half the shipping.
